This program was developed together with the Municipality of The Hague to increase the passion for participation among municipal employees and increase the quality of participation. The program guides the participant through the steps of the resident participation protocol and takes the participant from analysis to plan to implementation.
The program is fun and compact and can be used by both small and large municipalities and other institutions that want their employees to participate with stakeholders.
The program covers:
- Analyzing environment &stakeholders;
- Drafting plan for resident participation;
- Implementing the participation;
- Evaluating the participation.
In a refreshing and fun way, we let the participant take the steps outlined in the resident participation protocol. Together with colleagues, they discuss their plans after which they can implement the participation.
Because the resident participation program is set up based on the protocols of the municipality of The Hague, the program can be adapted to the wishes of the local municipality/institution. Together we first determine what the local goal is and see which elements need to be adapted. Then we set up the program with the desired modifications. After this, stakeholders validate the program before it is rolled out within the municipality/institution.
We work on carefully selected and complex social issues that have a demonstrable positive impact on the well-being of all stakeholders involved. Our goal is to make learning and development enjoyable and engaging, and to provide insight into the business return on what is learned.
